Ring-Cycled is committed to carefully packaging and shipping your handmade jewelry as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays that are outside of our control. Ring-Cycled is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Ring-Cycled is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at macielizmalone@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it.
